Companies hire remotely across operations, marketing, sales, customer success, design, finance, admin, and plenty more. We've worked with talent from across the continent — Nigeria, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Kenya, South Africa — landing roles with companies in the US, Canada, the EU, and Dubai. You need skills and an internet connection, not a particular city or industry.

Plan for the live instruction — about 3 hours a week — plus a few hours of actual application: revamping your profile, sending outreach, doing the reps. Call it 5–7 hours a week to get real value. You can do more; you'll get out what you put in.

A full year. Recordings, the content library, AI prompt library, roles and company databases, and the Slack community all stay open for twelve months after your cohort, so you can keep using them long after the four weeks end.
