In 2019, Weh'yee left the U.S. in search of something different: a life of independence, opportunity, and hands-on entrepreneurship. Since then, he has lived full-time across Africa, building businesses in agriculture, short-term rentals, and logistics while also leading high-level recruitment across the continent.

With nearly a decade of experience in executive search and recruitment across the U.S. and Africa, Weh’yee has led and closed leadership searches for some of the continent’s most dynamic organizations spanning fintech, clean energy, venture capital, advisory, and more. From CFOs and Managing Directors to mid-level talent, he’s built a reputation for placing high performing leaders who scale impact.

As a legal resident of both Senegal and Rwanda, he understands African markets not just as a vistor, but as a builder across multiple industries. His work today sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, talent, and investment.
