It retails at $8.99, carries a 4.9/5 rating from 500+ customers, and sells through Shopify and TikTok Shop, driven heavily by organic social virality.

Underneath the party energy is a real mission. The brand was born after the founder’s sister had her drink spiked — so responsible drinking and drink safety sit at the center of the story. The product is going viral again, the content formula is cracked, and the founder has rebuilt the store himself. Now he needs someone to help run it.

This is the support engine of a scaling DTC brand. You keep orders moving, customers happy, and the comment sections and DMs handled — so nothing drops while the brand grows. You take direction on the big calls and own the day-to-day execution end to end.

Start lean at 10–20 hours a week, with a clear path to scale toward full-time as volume grows.

Here is what lands on your desk. The founder sets direction; you keep the machine running and flag only what truly needs him.

• Customer support — answer questions on orders, shipping, and discounts across email, DMs, and comments. Fast, friendly, on-brand.
• Community management — stay on top of high-volume comments and DMs across TikTok and Instagram. Engage, route, and surface what matters.
• Order processing — keep orders flowing through Shopify and TikTok Shop, track fulfillment, and catch issues before customers do.
• Store upkeep — handle the routine Shopify and TikTok Shop updates: product details, basic merchandising, light housekeeping.

You escalate the critical calls to the founder. Everything routine, you own.

  Strong written English and a warm, on-brand voice. You can calm an upset customer and turn a comment into a sale without ever sounding like a canned script.
• Platforms
  Shopify and TikTok Shop ready
  You have worked in — or can get up to speed fast on — Shopify and TikTok Shop. You are comfortable in a DTC ecommerce back end and not afraid to click around and learn.
• Pace
  You move at viral speed
  A brand going viral creates spikes. You stay calm when the DMs flood in and the orders pile up, and you keep the customer experience tight under load.
• Nice to Have
  AI-fluent on support
  Familiarity with AI customer-support or DM tools is a plus. Comfort using AI to move faster on repetitive comms is welcome — not required.

What you'll earn.

Operator-tier compensation paid in USD. Base pay scales with your weekly engagement. Every engagement includes a $75 monthly add-on covering tier incentive and standing transfer-fee adjustment — applied on top of base. The role starts at 10–20 hours and scales toward full-time as the brand grows.
